About Me
I’m Hawa, a photographer from North London. Taking photographs has been a hobby of mine since a young age. Over the years, I’ve loved nothing more than being able to surprise loved ones with gifts of photos and watching their expression change to nostalgia, as they visibly transport themselves back to the very memory encapsulated in the photograph before them.
After having kids and coming to a lull in my career, I decided to turn my passion into a business as the desire to take photographs of not only my own family but everyone else’s too increased. The idea of creating memories for others in a photograph, by freezing moments, expressions or feelings at any given place or time is simply priceless.
My photos are taken with my iPhone 13 Pro Max, which I truly believe is an AMAZING phone for those like me who have a huge passion in photography but need something small, portable and uncomplicated to take fabulous photos with.
My preference is to use minimal filters and instead alter the background lighting so as to achieve a beautiful photo that I feel warrants a place in any room. My style of photography is uninterrupted and natural. I prefer to take photos from the heart and use the beauty of nature as a background.
